History
Founded in 2017, PASSENGER URBAN AND RAPID ELECTRIC VEHICLE SOLUTIONS, INC. emerged as a prominent force in the electric mobility landscape, initially supplying eBatteries to power eTrikes.

Our strategic investment partner, the St. Baker Energy Innovation Fund, has been collaborating with Passenger Urban and Rapid Electric Vehicle Solutions, Inc. since the conception of the company, to foster and develop the energy sector. With a focus on sustainable solutions, the fund supports the endeavors of the company to enable the Philippines to reach its goal of becoming a more environmentally friendly country.
Even amid the challenges posed by the global pandemic in 2020, being deemed essential, not only persevered but was authorized to continue its crucial operations. Undeterred, the company sustained its momentum throughout 2021.

As a sister company to St. Battalion, a leading electric battery manufacturer situated in New Clark City, Passenger Urban and Rapid Electric Vehicle Solutions, Inc. proudly combines domestic assembly and design of eTrikes with the import and manufacturing of eBatteries, specifically LFPs, to be used for DCFC units (direct current fast charging units).
