Warranty Coverage and Exclusions
At Pure-EVs, our eTrikes are built to last. All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the terms and conditions. Below is an overview of what’s covered—and what’s not—under the Pure-EVs Warranty Program.
Coverage
Pure-EVs New eTrike Limited Warranty
Covers the repair or replacement of any parts found defective due to manufacturing or material issues within the warranty period. Authorized dealers will repair or replace these parts free of charge—regardless of ownership transfer during the warranty period.
Parts Warranty
Only original Pure-EVs replacement parts are used for warranty repairs. These parts meet our strict quality and safety standards to ensure your eTrike’s performance and resale value remain protected.
Battery Warranty
Your Pure-EVs certified battery is covered by a 5-Year Standard Warranty under the following conditions:
-
The battery must remain in its original condition, with no signs of tampering.
-
Charging must be performed at an authorized Pure-EVs charging station.

The warranty is void if the battery is misused, neglected, or abused (e.g., regularly operating the unit until the battery reaches 0%).
